Action planning takes place on two levels: the senior managers will create action plans using the company-wide data, and department managers will work with their own staff to create department action plans. Peter Barron Stark Companies will provide action planning materials in each binder so managers can take the next step with a “how to” guide on conducting an action planning session with their staff.
