2. Insightful Data Analysis

Breakdowns refer to the manner in which the reported data is organized. We work with you to determine data breakdowns to optimize a thorough analysis of your organization before the survey is released. 3. Benchmark Comparisons

Once clients receive their data, we commonly hear them ask, “Is this good?” How do you know if your results are okay, average or exceptional? Each survey we conduct includes our PBS Benchmark Comparison.  Our Benchmark consists of two different indexes.  The first is our Overall Benchmark which compares your results to all other organizations we have surveyed.  The second benchmark is our Best of the Best Benchmark which contains the top 25% of companies in the Overall Benchmark.  You will be able to see how your organization compares question by question with these two benchmarks. You won’t have to ask, “Is this good?” because you will already have the answer.

4. Recommendations

Once they have received the data, most organizations are left wondering, “What does this mean? Where do we go from here?” Peter Barron Stark Companies doesn’t just stop at the data.  Conducting the survey and receiving the data are important but do not complete the process. 5. Action Planning Sessions

To move your data forward and drive the organization towards its goals, it is important to get the data into the hands of the managers so they can create action plans on how to address the lower rated items. Action planning takes place on two levels: the senior managers will create action plans using the company-wide data, and department managers will work with their own staff to create department action plans.  Peter Barron Stark Companies will provide action planning materials in each binder so managers can take the next step with a “how to” guide on conducting an action planning session with their staff.  We can also assist with the process, or provide the tools for you to be successful on your own.
